30 minute appointment (2 issues) - £150.00
Private prescription (following consultation with GP) - £15.00
Private referral letter e.g. to specialist consultant or for x-ray/ultrasound/MRI/CT (following consultation with GP) - £35.00
Report/form completion - £35.00
Driver Medicals e.g. Taxi, HGV, LGV, PCV - £100
Boxing Medical - £110.00
